Therapeutic Services

Bridges of Courage Counseling accepts most insurance plans, including most Medicaid plans. Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan.

Your insurance information will be collected prior to your first appointment and assistance will be provided to determine what your coverage includes. It may also be beneficial to contact your insurance provider to check your coverage. Ask the following questions when speaking to your insurance representative:

Psychosocial Assessments/Case Reviews

Assessments and/or Case Reviews are conducted upon request. Quotes for this service are provided on an individual basis after review of the request. Releases of information from all parties to be involved are required, as well as a 50% deposit, before an assessment will be conducted.

At the conclusion of the review, a written assessment will be produced. A bill for the completed service will be issued and payment in full must be received before the assessment will be released.

Court testimony concerning the conducted assessment may be provided upon request.

Expert Witness

Preparation, review, and/or research conducted as an expert witness is billed at a discounted hourly rate. On stand testimony (in person, telephone or electronic transfer of information) provided is billed at a one-hour minimum and a deposit is required prior to the delivery of services.

A one-hour minimum of testimony time must be paid prior to the court date.

Trainings and Presentations

Educational trainings and presentations are provided upon request at rates that vary between $150.00 to $400.00, depending on length of presentation time. Travel expenses may be charged.
